Researching your family history has become a hobby that is booming in popularity.  What better way to help Woodnewton Ancestors with their research, than for us to transcribe the available censuses.

The census is a once-in-a-decade survey that gives the most accurate estimate of all the people and households in England and Wales.  These censuses will only be available 100 years after the date they were conducted, so these are the dates of the ones that are available.

The personal details of the 1921 census will be revealed in January 2022.
